Hol-U

Hol-U is a community based website. The heart of the platform is to empower individuals to find their healing path, by way of others’ shared stories. A  nice play on words and sounds, “Hol” has the dual meaning of “whole” as well as an abbreviation of “holistic.” Hol-U is driven to raise awareness, offer information and experiences, and validate alternative practices.

We wanted our logo to convey the unity of “whole” with healing, to humanize the experience and share the prospect of hope, enlightenment and spiritual well being. 

What follows is a full study of our initial sketches, and the chosen logo.
