Judith Regan hired David O’Connor and I to art direct and design Rio Erotica: the sensual photography of Otto Stupakoff has been featured extensively in Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, Elle, and Time. A pioneering fashion photographer in Brazil, Stupakoff moved to New York in the late sixties and became known for his photographs of the celebrated and famous. Also an accomplished journalistic photographer, Stupakoff’s photographs of Cambodia were exhibited at the Academy of Science in New York and auctioned at Christie’s to benefit land-mine victims.
